"Newport Post" This painting was created from a photo I took in Newport, Rhode Island after a day of sailing. My husband grew up in Rhode Island and spent his summers sailing all along the coast so we travel there at least once or twice a year. Newport is one of the most beautiful picturesque cities in the US (in my opinion) and one of my favorite places to visit especially in the summer when downtown is bustling with people, the harbor is filled with yachts and too many sailboats to count. If you haven't yet, you must visit!!!
