This is "Grumpus". He's my grumpy old octopus with folded arms and a stubborn demeanor. The siphon sticking out from the side reminds me of a cigar. He's like that grouchy old guy on the street who yells at the kids for walking across his lawn or swinging on his tree branches. He's a little scary at first but once you get to know him and crack that outer shell you realize that he's just a big softie inside. He's a reminder to dig a little deeper and get to know each other better, because in the end we all just want to love and be loved.

Did you know that Octopuses have three hearts? Yep, its true! Its one of my favorite things about them. As in all of my octopus paintings, I've hidden 3 hearts in each design. Can you find them?
